Questions
How do job licences work?
During the 14-day trial every job is covered. After that, each live job needs a licence, bought one project at a time or as a bundle that covers several. Templates are never licensed.
Do subcontractors pay?
No. Trade accounts are free. Subcontractors bid on packages and run the jobs they win without a plan of their own.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect straight away and charges are prorated.
What happens if I go over the Starter project limit?
Starter covers up to ten active projects and ten people. To run more at once, move to Professional, which has no project limit. We let you know before you reach it.
Do you offer refunds?
The trial needs no credit card. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid month, we refund it in full.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, plus ACH and wire transfer on Enterprise. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on Starter or Professional. Enterprise may include an implementation fee, depending on what you need.
What support is included?
Starter includes email support. Professional adds priority support and a shared Slack channel. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and 24/7 support.
